How long have you been in business for?

Clearwater Summit Group, Inc. has been proudly doing business in the Spokane & Coeur d'Alene area since 1983 & counting!

What geographical region do you serve?

Although much of our work centers around the Inland Northwest areas from Spokane to Coeur d' Alene, we have also completed projects in Lewiston, Pullman, Walla Walla, Colville, Kellogg and Sandpoint.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes, we are licensed contractors in two states.

What are your qualifications?

We have licensed landscape architects on staff both in Washington and Idaho, along with landscape professionals that are certified in many different areas of expertise. All of our foreman have at least 10+ years of experience in the field, and some have been on board since the conception of Summit Landscaping in 1983, before the merger with Clearwater in 2000.

What type of design services do you provide?

We provide on-site consulting, site master planning, planting design, irrigation design, site disturbance and erosion control plans, construction as-built drawings (shop drawings), construction details, plan rendering/graphics.

What type of construction services do you provide?

Clearwater provides nearly all phases of construction work in house. We can handle site demolition, grading, drainage and erosion control, planting consultation and the installation of irrigation, hardscapes, water features, low voltage lighting, outdoor exterior carpentry, custom fencing, pergola structures, deck work, and complete outdoor kitchens.

Who will be managing my project?

Along with our experienced foreman, we have veteran project managers and licensed landscape architects that will be handling not only day to day tasks of your project, but also all of the behind the scenes work -- everything from scheduling utility locates, material deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections.

I already have a plan drawn up by another designer; will you still do the installation?

Of course! Clearwater will gladly take a look at your plans, help you come up with a cost estimate for the installation as well as install your project.
