Kim grew up mainly in Seattle and S.W. Washington, with stints in Ohio and Los Angeles along the way. She attended Washington State University in the early 90's, majoring in Environmental Science. She joined Clearwater Summit Group in 2000, working in the field as the service technician until the end of the 2012 season. She was then promoted to commercial project manager and estimator in December 2012. She shares her house with three extremely lazy rescue cats, Noodle, Bert and Ernie. Kim is an avid Mariners, Cougar football/basketball and Gonzaga fan, hoping every spring that this is the year the Mariners finally make it back to the playoffs. Kim loves any activity in the outdoors.
Kim spends the bulk of her free time volunteering at CDA Ironman, camping, hiking, snowshoeing, attending an eclectic variety of music events and going on spontaneous road trips.
