Clearwater Summit Group, Inc. is a full service landscape design/build firm based in Spokane, Washington.
Design/build means we have the ability to take a landscape project from beginning to end.
We can provide design services at the project’s conception, cost estimating, construction services to build it and maintenance and service after the construction phase.

Clearwater Summit Group, Inc. is a merged corporation between Summit Landscape Construction and Clearwater Landscape.
Ty Ullman founded Clearwater Landscape, specializing in residential landscape design/build, in 1996 and Summit, which was started in 1983 by Tim Sweet, focused its efforts on the commercial landscape construction market. In April of 2000 the two companies came together to form Clearwater Summit Group, Inc. and haven’t looked back.
The union has proven extremely successful with the company showing growth each year since merging in 2000.
Clearwater Summit Group, Inc. works all over the Inland Northwest and on all sizes and types of projects, from the very large commercial and athletic field developments to the smallest of residential remodels.
We are a nationally award winning company and pride ourselves on our ability to come up with creative solutions to difficult site related and landscape challenges.
We are adept at working with homebuilders, large general contractors as well as homeowners and subcontractors.
We are large enough to respond to the clients needs in a timely manner and small enough to give each client personal service.
