Landscape Design & Consultation

Clearwater Summit Group offers all types of landscape design services from conceptual and sketchy to fully developed AutoCAD construction documents. We have multiple designers on staff as well as Idaho and Washington licensed landscape architects.

We are able to develop creative, practical, site-specific, fully custom landscape designs, which the clients can build themselves or have Clearwater Summit Group build for them. We pride ourselves on the ability to listen to our client’s needs and wants and match them back to the site and a realistic budget.

Landscape Construction

Clearwater Summit Group offers all phases of landscape construction from site development and drainage and grading work through plant material and mulch installation. We do almost all phases of landscape “in house” including, but not limited to:

Clearwater Summit Group believes strongly in employee training. We encourage all qualified field personnel to become Certified Landscape Technicians through the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals. As a result we have multiple CLTs on staff with many more employees in process of passing the test sections to become certified. In addition to outside training we hold “Clearwaterpalooza” every February. Clearwaterpalooza is an in-house training program lasting roughly one week. Everything from safety to new technologies is covered and is used as a kick-off for the beginning of our spring construction season.

Landscape Care & Maintenance

After Clearwater Summit Group completes the construction on your new landscape we can come back and maintain it for you as well. Some of the maintenance services we offer are;

• Irrigation & Water Feature Repair & Service
• Low Voltage Lighting

As part of our maintenance programs we can also offer small enhancements such as annual color, plant material replacements, edging replacement and the like.
